Laurel Baptist Church is located on the county line of Mecklenburg & Cabarrus counties in northeast Charlotte, a region known as University City. The convenience of our location is much in part due to the I-485 loop that extends around the city of Charlotte. Due to the convenience of the interstate system in the area (I-77, I-85, I-485), many of our members live in the surrounding counties of Union, Cabarrus, and Stanly as well as Mecklenburg County.
